What to mention

A short note with the items below helps us answer faster. You do not need a long report; three or four clear lines are enough.

• The game title or hub page you mean (a URL helps)
• Whether it is a bug, a how-to question, privacy, ads, or terms
• Browser name and steps to reproduce, if something failed
• If it is about another POL sister site, name that site in one line

What we handle

We welcome game bugs, save or favorites issues, accessibility notes, and ads or privacy questions. We also accept corrections when a how-to page is unclear.

We do not reply to bulk spam pitches, SEO link schemes, or requests to break into accounts. Marketing mail that ignores Collectio as a real product may be ignored.
