Frequently asked questions

Short answers about accounts, local saves, room play, ads, and finding games. For a full hub walkthrough see How to. Contact: [email protected].

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, login, comments, or public profile. Open Collectio, pick a card, and play in a modern browser.

Where are saves and scores stored?

Favorites, settings, quick saves, and high scores stay inside this browser on your device. Hiding or closing a game tab usually triggers a quick save. Use hub Backup and Restore to copy data as a file. Nothing is uploaded to a central gameplay database.

How does multiplayer work?

Selected board games support solo, same-device two-player, and room play. It is not random matchmaking: one player creates a room, the other joins with the code or invite link. Pick the same path (same Wi‑Fi or remote LAN) on both devices. Devices connect directly; there is no online ladder. See How to for the full steps.

Ads and privacy

Collectio uses Google AdSense ads. The ad provider may use cookies or similar tools for delivery and measurement. Manage personalized ads at google.com/settings/ads (https://www.google.com/settings/ads). See also aboutads.info. Those stores are separate from local game saves. Read Privacy for the full notice.

How do I find games?

On the home page: press / to search, use category chips, filter by favorites, recent, saved, unplayed, newly added, multiplayer, or has record, sort by category, name, recent, or most played, or hit random play (G). Today’s pick and the continue banner help you jump back in. Open How to play on a card for that title’s rules.
